What does it cost after the offer ends?
Many discounts cover the first term only. Find the renewal price and budget for that, not the headline number.
Does it lock you into annual billing?
An annual-plan saving is only a saving if you would have stayed twelve months anyway. If you are unsure, pay monthly while you find out.
Which plan does it apply to?
Some offers only cover the entry tier. Check the discount applies to the plan you actually need, not the one that looks cheapest.
Are there seat or contact minimums?
A per-seat discount with a five-seat minimum can cost more than full price for a team of two.
Would a free plan or trial do the job?
If a free tier covers what you need, no discount beats it. Check the free plans page before you pay anything.
